- Oversees deadlines in all event production schedules.
- Oversees and assists with marketing efforts.
- Manages the work of the graphic designer.
- Helps team members plan and execute events.
- participate in the Leadership Team efforts.
Qualifications:

- Experience working with TBird Connection;
- Experience with event planning and working with Chartwells.
- Experience managing teams and meeting deadlines.
- Ability to supervise and mediate team conflicts.
Familiarity with internal processes of the Leavitt Center required.
